Ann Dealy, Author
Ann Dealy is the principal of Brookside Elementary School in the Ossining Union Free School District located in Westchester County north of New York City. Previously, she served as principal at Park School where she helped to co-found the Dos Voces/Un Mundo (Two Voices/One World) Dual Language Program in 2004. Dealy received her doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. She earned an advanced certification in leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University; a certification in multicultural and multilingual studies from the College of New Rochelle; a Master of Science degree with concentrations in special education, literacy, and English from the College of Saint Rose; and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of New Rochelle.
